The news letter for daycare came out the other day and Cole was highlighted, "Last but not least we have Cole who things he runs the room since he is the oldest. He is sure busy and will be ready for the toddler room soon." I don't think that is quite as bad as Annabelle's write up when she was his age but I think the infant room is ready for him to move up with the bigger kids. He is scheduled to make the big move at the end of the month!
I got an email yesterday from Sarah, the director, giving me the latest happenings with Annabelle. The provider in her room found a tick in her hair. It took 3 people working on poor Annabelle to get the thing out. She said it was HUGE and already had turned gray - one the grosses ones she has seen. Again parents of the year! It was right on a bone and when they thought they felt it they really had to look to see what it was. I guess it looked like it had been there for a few days - oopps. Annabelle was very brave and didn't even cry when they took it off. When I came to pick her up she informed me that I bug had been eating her head. Let the fun of summer begin!
