We only have 2 weekends to relax before the move to our new house. Annabelle and I spent the day bonding at "home" in Cleveland. All was going well for most of the day; she got up at 9:00am, we ate some breakfast, played for a while, had a snack and then she took a nap. She woke up in a great mood and was playing and walking/running around in her room. I don't know if she tripped or her feet were just going faster than what she could handle but she did a nose dive and wasn't able to get her hands in front of her to break her fall. She screamed and when I picked her up her mouth was full of blood. For being home alone and 20 miles from town I thought I was pretty calm. We sat on the couch and cuddled and she would stick her blanket in her mouth which I figured was ok so maybe the bleeding would stop then I could asses the damage. She really didn't cry very long and she was ready to get down and play. From what I can tell she has a small cut between her front teeth and she must have bite her top lip because there is a cut there as well. The good news is that all 12 teeth are still there!
This afternoon we spent some time outside despite the weather. I don't think it made it out of the 60's today but she doesn't' care. She loves being outside and discovering new things.
